A Solider, a Bear, and A Boy is based on the real-life story of Winne-the-Pooh and tells how a soldier's connection with an orphaned bear led to the creation of one of the most adored literary characters in history.
The Publishing Company Marine Books was looking for a book cover design for a children's book based on the real-life story of Winne-the-Pooh. I originally included organic shapes of flowers and leaves to play with the theme of nature while incorporating a mirroring pattern.
